Strategic Acquisition Expands Energy Transformation Platform with E-Commerce Capabilities
SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA, December 22, 2022 –
Resource Innovations (RI), a woman-led clean energy transformation firm, today announced its acquisition of Connecticut-based e-commerce and customer engagement company TechniArt. The organizations will together offer a more comprehensive, integrated approach to guiding the utility industry through the clean energy transition with scale and impact.
This targeted acquisition advances Resource Innovations’ strategic plan to rapidly scale clean energy solutions for the utility industry. The company’s growth initiatives include the expansion of its energy efficiency work into new markets and regions, as well as investment in new business channels, such as building electrification, electric vehicles, and modernization of the electric transmission grid.
