Vision has been the incumbent local exchange carrier (“ILEC”) serving Lafourche Parish, Louisiana since its founding in 1945.  In 2003, the Company purchased the cable company that overlaps its local telecommunications network.  Through its ILEC and cable TV facilities, the Company delivers comprehensive communication services including high-speed Internet (both DSL and cable modems), digital & HD video, telecommunications, home security monitoring, as well as a broad array of commercial voice and data services.

Tony Duet, CEO

Tony Duet is the CEO of Vision Communications and has over 36 years of experience with Vision. He previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Vision’s phone business for five years.  He has held several leadership positions with industry organizations, including the Western Rural Telecommunications Association (“WRTA”), the Organization for the Promotion and Advancement of Small Telecommunications Companies (“OPASTCO”), and Louisiana Telecommunications Association (“LTA”). Tony received his MBA from Tulane University and a BA from Nicholls State College.
