Mr. Bolland is one of the Firm’s founders. He has more than 29 years of banking and principal investing experience. Prior to founding the Firm, Mr. Bolland was a Vice President of The First National Bank of Boston from 1975 to 1983. He earned his L.L.B. in Law from Warwick University, England in 1975.
